How can I track my order?

Click on TRACK ORDER on the left hand navigation menu - this will take you to the ORDER TRACKING page - enter your ORDER # and press VIEW. You will now see your order details and the shippers WAYBILL NUMBER - click on the WAYBILL NUMBER and you will be taken to the shippers web site where the tracking details will be displayed.

Can I order less than the minimum set size?

Yes. Sets may be broken up for a small fee. There is a $4.00 fee for the first set broken up, and $2.00 for each set broken up after that.

If the item I want is back ordered, how soon will it become available?

Only products that are in inventory are offered on our site. If you are advised that an ORDERED item is now back ordered it means that we ran out of stock before the order could be filled and before it was taken off our site. This very rarely happens, and may only happen during very busy holiday times. As shipments arrive frequently from our factory in Romania, the back order would usually be filled within days. We would keep in touch in touch with you and advise you of the ETA.

Can I specify the method of shipping.

Yes you can. For simplicity, a standard UPS ground flat rate is offered. We will quote you the actual rate for the method you wish to choose and add the difference in cost to the standard shipping cost.
